Delete your account and data

You can request full deletion of your account and all stored data at any time, with no conditions.

How to request deletion

1. Email office@haidigital.co.il with the subject: HaiLive account deletion request
2. Include the phone number you use to sign in to the app
3. We verify ownership of that number and perform the deletion

Requests are handled within 30 days at most, usually within a few days.

What is deleted

• Your phone number and all account details
• The licence and subscription tied to the device
• Playlists, history and events stored in the cloud
• Usage data linked to the account

What may be retained and why

• Billing records and invoices, as required by law, for up to 7 years
• Anonymised data that does not identify a person and cannot be linked back to the account

Partial deletion

You may request deletion of specific data only, such as playback history or events, while keeping the account. State this in your message.
